Есть ли желающие получить меня в коллеги? :-) Посольство Австралии в Москве ищет сотрудников аж на две должности - главный по делам культурным/пиару/общественной деятельности и менеджер по персоналу с английским языком и рядом административных обязанностей. Обе позиции объявлены в Moscow Times. Уровень английского на первую должность - очень высокий, на вторую - свободное владение. Зарплаты 70-60 тыщ российских рублей, плюс приличная мед.страховка, плюс тринадцатая зряплата и бонусы.



Public Diplomacy Officer

The Australian Embassy in Moscow is seeking a Public Diplomacy Officer to work on a temporary contract until October 2010. This is not a permanent position.

The successful applicant must be willing to work out of hours if required. All staff require a local police clearance before employment.

The main duties of the Public Diplomacy Officer are:

1. Promotion of a positive image of contemporary Australia through public relations, media liaison, event organisation and management and dissemination of information about Australia
2. Handling embassy correspondence and public enquiries
3. Development of the Embassy’s annual program of public diplomacy and cultural events; form partnerships and securing of sponsorship to deliver that program
4. Maintenance of the Embassy’s website
5. Arrangement of visitor programs

Application

All applications must be made in English, addressing applicants’ claims against the selection criteria below. Please include specific examples of demonstrated experience. Applications should be no more than three pages in length. Applications must be accompanied by a CV and cover letter. Selection Criteria

• Proven ability to successfully manage logistically complex events, and provide creative promotional ideas.

• Proven ability to work autonomously, to plan, organise, schedule and prioritise own workload, and contribute to team output.

• Advanced ability to communicate orally and in writing in both Russian and English languages, including skills in drafting reports, media releases, correspondence etc, and highly developed negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational and representational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Ability to conduct business effectively with a wide range of people, including senior government officials and senior business people.

• A sound knowledge of contemporary Australia and Australian Government policies.

• Strong research skills and proven ability to use the internet, the media and other publicly available sources of information to compile reports. Proficiency in commonly-used computer software programs.

Remuneration

The Australian Government is a competitive and equal opportunities employer. A salary of 67,235 roubles will be offered to the successful applicant.

Human Resources and Administration Officer

The Human Resources and Administration Officer reports to the Senior Administration Officer and is responsible for all Human Resource functions including payroll, various financial processing and reporting tasks, coordinate the provision and payment of telecommunication and information services, provision of diplomatic visas, and the supply and maintenance of office equipment. This position is located at the Australia Embassy in Moscow

The duties of the Human Resources and Administration Officer are:

1. Perform all functions associated with Human Resources including: calculating Locally Engaged Staff payroll, maintaining personnel files, arranging contracts for casual and long term staff and arranging relevant correspondence for tax authorities.
2. Liaise with GLAVUpDK and submit correspondence as needed.
3. Liaise with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Australia-based staff accreditation including visas and diplomatic cards.
4. Coordinate the provision and payment of all telecommunication and information services including mobile phones and satellite/cable TV.
5. Liaise with companies on the supply, repair and maintenance of IT and office equipment.
6. Perform various financial processing and reporting duties in accordance with Australia’s Financial Management and Accountability Act. Undertake payment runs using SAP and the monthly checks of permanent advances.

• Developed ability to analyse and interpret financial data and process payments in SAP.

• Well developed negotiation and interpersonal skills. The ability to deliver high quality and accurate reporting in English and Russian.

• Well developed oral and written communication skills in English and Russian, including ability to undertake effective interpretation/translation as required.

• Advanced computer literacy, including experience in using lotus notes and Microsoft Office.
